About C.R.E.E.D.
C.R.E.E.D. (Community Resources for Emerging Entertainment Dreamers) is dedicated to empowering the next generation of entertainment professionals. Learn about our mission, our commitment to bridging the talent-opportunity gap, and how we nurture aspiring creatives for successful careers.

Why C.R.E.E.D. was founded
Lyric Elise, started C.R.E.E.D. because she knew firsthand how difficult it is to break into the entertainment industry, especially film and TV, without access, experience, or connections. Too many talented people have the passion and ability but never get the opportunity because they lack mentors, career guidance, internships, and real on-set experience.
The main problem we are solving is the gap between talent and opportunity. Many aspiring professionals struggle to get the hands-on experience needed to build their resumes and compete in the industry. Employers often want experience, but emerging creatives have limited pathways to gain it.
C.R.E.E.D. was created to change that by providing mentorship, workforce development, career advising, continuing education, production training, internships, and real-world opportunities on film and TV productions.

Transforming dreams into careers
When someone gets involved with C.R.E.E.D., the biggest change they experience is moving from dreaming about a career in entertainment to actively building one. Many aspiring professionals enter the industry with passion but without direction, experience, mentors, or access. Through C.R.E.E.D., they gain the tools, confidence, and opportunities needed to take real steps toward their goals.
Participants receive hands-on training, mentorship, career guidance, networking opportunities, and real production experience, allowing them to develop practical skills, build resumes, strengthen portfolios, and gain industry credits. They also have opportunities to work on productions and learn directly from professionals in the field.
Beyond career growth, C.R.E.E.D. creates a community of support and belonging. Participants gain confidence, professional relationships, and a clearer vision for their future. Many discover that their dreams are achievable when they have the right resources.

Who we help: the dreamers we support
C.R.E.E.D. is most excited to support emerging dreamers who are passionate about entertainment but need access, experience, mentorship, and opportunity to move forward. We serve youth and adults at various stages of their journey, from those exploring their interests to individuals ready to launch professional careers.
We support aspiring professionals interested in film, TV, theater, music, visual arts, hair and makeup, production, content creation, and other creative careers. This includes future Production Assistants (PAs), writers, actors, directors, producers, cinematographers, editors, makeup artists, hairstylists, costume designers, musicians, and creatives working behind the scenes.
We are especially passionate about helping individuals who may not have traditional industry access, including underserved communities, career changers, veterans, students, young adults, and those who simply need someone to believe in them and provide guidance.
"C.R.E.E.D. goes beyond education—it creates real pathways into the entertainment industry."
